Hi, I’m Scott.
I have mentored and coached dozens of people over 30+ years in IT. I’ve had various roles in Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Leadership. My passion is startups, having started or been an early employee in 10+ different companies.
I provide executive coaching for individuals and small teams, focusing primarily on people in IT and those looking for assistance in sales, leadership and startups.
My clients look to do some of the following things:

I have seen it all – I’ve been laid off, fired, seen a company go out of business. I’ve also seen companies grow and thrive. I’ve worked for the largest companies in the world (AT&T, GE) and the smallest startups (more than 10). I’ve been a Software Engineer, Product Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Leader and CEO.
In every situation, there’s an unlimited supply of stress, questions and uncertainty. There’s also just the simple need to share the thousands of thoughts going through your head with someone who has not just experienced it themselves, but has the empathy, skills and ability to listen, coach and advise.
Over the years I have learned to become more self-aware, and to recognize every challenge as a learning and growth opportunity. We all make mistakes, and I have found that with an open mind, they help us become the best version of ourselves.
We all have the answers inside of us to make us happy, fulfilled and successful. My job as your coach is to help you explore the issues and find the answers that are best for you.
